Nationwide via J&T and LBC. Metro Manila same-day or next-day, provincial 2-5 days. Packed securely with a tracking number.

How do I order prints online?
Pick a product, set the size and quantity, upload your design, verify your email with a one-time code, and pay online. Your order goes into production after payment.
Do I need to call or visit a shop?
No. KayaPrint operates online. The whole order happens in the order form. WhatsApp and Viber are there if you get stuck.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, AI, PNG, PSD and JPG, up to 3 files per item. If your file is too big, you can share a Google Drive link instead.
Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We ship nationwide with J&T and LBC. Metro Manila takes same-day or next-day, and provincial orders take 2 to 5 days. Parcels are packed securely and come with a tracking number.
When do I see the shipping fee?
At checkout. You enter your delivery address, and the shipping fee for your area is added to the total before you pay.
Can I order more than one item at once?
Yes. One order can hold up to three items. Each order ships with one shipping fee.
